Return Policy

Return Policy:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days (from purchased invoice date) to request a return on your items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original state. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you will need to contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Please Note: we do not offer refunds, only store credits. Once your item has been received back to our location, it will be process and a store credit will be issued to the value of your item (minus postage cost) You can then use this store credit to repurchase. 
Customer will bare all return postage cost associated for returning the product.

Please check your shipping address is correct before purchasing, we will always try to accomodate where possible but in a situation where parcels are sent to the incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we will not be providing a store credit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
There will be no returns for store credits on the following items due to health reasons. Please choose carefully.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
You will need to return your items and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using your store credit.
